As our new Customer Experience Officer, you'll be the friendly voice, the empathetic ear, and the quick thinker behind the scenes – ensuring every supporter feels heard, understood, and appreciated.
What you'll be doing : Handling a wide variety of supporter queries across telephone, email, social media, live chat, and WhatsAppUsing your expert knowledge of CRM and supporter systems to log, track, and resolve enquiries across multiple fundraising campaignsYou'll listen, learn, and spot what matters most to our supporters—using these insights to turn every conversation into a chance to make their experience even better
Who you are : A customer service pro, with experience in a high-volume, multi-channel role
Tech-savvy and confident using complex systems (CRM experience essential)
You know great customer service when you see it—and love delivering it
