Customer Experience Assistant

My client is looking for a recent graduate / someone who has 3+years experience in retail / customer service. This is an ideal position for someone looking to kickstart their career. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in our showroom, understanding their needs and helping them explore the best solutions for their home or project.
• Build confidence in communicating product knowledge and guiding customer choices.
• Learn how to prepare clear, accurate quotes that align with customer budgets and project needs.
• Support the sales team in managing follow-ups, coordinating orders, and keeping customers updated throughout their journey.
• Contribute to the look and feel of the showroom, including merchandising and maintaining high standards.
• Take part in regular product and skills training to develop your expertise. Experience & Skills
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine interest in interiors, customer service, or sales.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• A team player who is motivated to grow and take on new challenges.
• Some retail or customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential well provide the training. What We Offer
