Medical PA / Executive Assistant to Clinical Director

A leading healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Medical PA to provide high-level support to the Clinical Director and Academic Lead.This role requires exceptional organisational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with a strong ability to manage a busy office in a fast-paced medical environment. Location : South County Dublin (Parking available) Working Arrangements : Full-time onsite, Mon-Fri Salary : €50,202 (Point 1 of Grade V scale) Contract Duration : Temporary, 6 Months Key Responsibilities : Oversee the efficient running of the Clinical Directors office, including diary management, correspondence, and meeting coordination. Provide administrative support for medical projects, committees, and regulatory compliance. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage confidential information. Assist with medical HR administration and liaise with senior management. Requirements : Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical PA or in a senior healthcare administration role. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion.
