Medical PA / Executive Assistant to Clinical Director

A leading healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced  Medical PA  to provide high-level support to the Clinical Director and Academic Lead. This role requires exceptional  organisational, communication, and multitasking skills , along with a strong ability to manage a busy office in a fast-paced medical environment.

Location :  South County Dublin (Parking available)

Working Arrangements :  Full-time onsite, Mon-Fri

Salary :   €50,202 (Point 1 of Grade V scale)

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the efficient running of the Clinical Director’s office, including diary management, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
• Provide administrative support for  medical projects, committees, and regulatory compliance .
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage confidential information.
• Assist with medical HR administration and liaise with senior management.
