Right now, we are looking for an experienced Site Administrator to join our residential project in Tyrellstown, Co. Dublin.
Key responsibilities and duties
- Manage the day to day running of the site office
- General administrative duties as required by the Site Manager or Contracts Manager, including typing and distribution of meeting minutes and actions arising
- Conduct document control including creating packages, collating documents for the Site Team and assisting sub-contractors with queries
- Liaise with Procurement department
- Manage anomalies and cost the hours in TAG in a timely fashion, ensuring they are clear ahead of payroll every two weeks
- Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
- Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
- Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time
Requirements
Must have a third level qualification in a technical discipline - Construction / Civil Engineering / Building Surveying or other related areaRelevant experience in a civil engineering or construction roleFull understanding of Building Control Regulations and Code of PracticeFull understanding of construction sequence of worksTechnically strong with excellent communication skillsOur Values
