Role : Window Installation   Site Foreman

Location : B lanchardstown, Dublin

Job Type : Permanent - Full time

Salary :  €50,000 - €60,000 depending on experience

At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Window Installation Site Foreman to join our client’s growing team based in North Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Installation Foreman with a background in Windows and Doors to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

What’s on Offer :

Your new role includes :

  • Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of installation crews and subcontractors.
  • Ensuring proper installation of windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and building codes.
  • Conducting site inspections and quality control checks throughout the installation process, as well as resolving on-site issues.
  • Maintaining project timelines and reporting progress to Project Manager.
  • Coordinating delivery and storage of windows, doors, tools, and materials.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, including time sheets, work orders, and incident reports.
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and inspectors as needed.

    • Experience you need :

  • Proven 3-5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role in construction—preferably with a focus on windows and doors.
  • Strong understanding of window and door installation practices, tools, and materials.
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Familiarity with both residential and commercial projects
