Deputy Site Manager

Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Deputy Site Manager based on site.

This position suits an organized and energetic individual who is highly motivated.

The successful candidate must have previous experience in Contract Management.

Client engagement at all levels Managing Cleaning and Security teams KPI and standards conformance Commercial performance Responsibilities : Manage client budget, finance, and billing for the site Oversee full site management Develop yearly budgets and implement cost-saving measures Collaborate with BN to suggest innovations to the client Assist in KPI reporting Create and monitor Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) plans Control budgets for third-party suppliers, ensuring value Arrange remedial work, secure client approval, and ensure timely completion Analyze unplanned work to identify root causes and improve processes Define requirements for equipment and buildings for ease of maintenance Work with Admin to analyze reports and coordinate resource levels with the client Ensure accurate billing with support from Admin and Commercial teams Hold meetings with clients on spends, PPM, energy, and KPIs Review service providers and seek to bring services in-house where possible Manage in-house team and ensure PPM plans are fulfilled Maintain training, conduct toolbox talks, and record safety incidents Address complaints promptly for Soft and Hard Services Assist EHS Manager with accident reporting and investigations Possess relevant experience in similar roles Have excellent MS Office skills Maintain strong client focus and service delivery Meet KPI and SLA targets Comply with industry standards, laws, ISO, and company policies Additional benefits include bike-to-work scheme and on-site parking.
