About the Role

As an IT Service Analyst, you will be at the forefront of the business, helping resolve IT queries and serving as a point of contact.

You will provide technical support to colleagues, monitor ticket queues, adhere to Service KPIs, and ensure compliance with departmental processes. Responsibilities : Use Service Desk solutions to log and resolve customer callsManage incidents including triage, resolution, and documentationAnswer business IT queries via Teams and phoneUpdate knowledge base with relevant resolution informationProvide on-site and remote support to customersTroubleshoot hardware and software issuesInstall and configure end-user computing devicesEnsure knowledge and compliance with IT SLAsMonitor the health of essential systemsEscalate incidents to IT Service Analysts and other teams As a valued colleague within Beauparc IT Service Management, you will have opportunities for training, internal career progression, and collaboration with technology and data colleagues across the IT function.

We operate a hybrid work model : 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, with flexibility for family and study commitments. About Us
