Junior Legal Executive
Responsibilities
- Legal Collaboration : Be a member of the legal team and assist and collaborate closely with senior legal counsels to navigate a variety of legal challenges and report directly to the group General Counsel.
- Document Handling : Take an active role in the drafting, management, and review of crucial legal documents, including commercial contracts and licensing agreements, under the guidance of our in-house solicitor.
- Research : Conduct comprehensive legal research across multiple jurisdictions, focusing on areas critical to the gaming industry such as intellectual property, data protection, and consumer law.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure strict compliance with internal protocols, statutory regulations, and other legal requirements specific to the gaming industry.
- Knowledge Enhancement : Contribute to the team's continuous learning by integrating the latest legal trends and best practices specific to the gaming industry.
- Internal Support : Serve as a supportive legal contact within the company, ensuring effective communication and documentation workflows.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree in Law.Experience : Background in a legal setting preferred, including internships. Recent law graduates are encouraged to apply.Languages : Fluency in English is required. Additional languages, such as French or Spanish, are beneficial.Skills and Traits :
