Location : Remote (Ireland)Reports to : Sales ManagerType : Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for a Junior Account Executive to join the team and help us bring HRLocker to more growing companies. You’ll be nurturing warm leads, qualifying needs, running product demos, and supporting the sales process to close. This is ideal for someone who’s already had a taste of tech sales and is ready to level up. You’ll be supported with coaching, content, and a strong inbound engine—your job is to understand prospects' challenges and show how HRLocker can solve them. Key Responsibilities Engage with inbound leads and run discovery calls Deliver tailored product demos that speak to each prospect’s needs Progress qualified opportunities through the pipeline with guidance Work alongside a Senior AE or Full-Cycle Rep to support deal closing Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in HubSpot Offer feedback to help improve sales materials and processes What We're Looking For 1–2 years of experience in BDR, SDR or sales assistant roles Comfortable having consultative conversations over video or phone Strong organisational skills and follow-up discipline Eagerness to learn the full sales cycle and grow into a closer role Coachable and open to feedback Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus) What We Offer Competitive base salary with uncapped commission Pension contributions and healthcare support after 6 months 25 days annual leave plus your birthday off Good Friday and Christmas Eve as company holidays (in addition to your annual leave entitlement) Fully remote working across Ireland – we’ll kit you out with a home office setup (furniture included) Monthly work-from-home allowance A step-by-step development path to becoming a fully-fledged Account Executive A supportive, collaborative team that wants to see you thriveJunior Account Executive
