Legal Executive - Legal & Compliance Administrator

This role is for a Legal Executive to join a Legal & Compliance team in Dublin. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional experienced in supporting in-house legal teams or busy legal departments. Reporting to the General Counsel, this individual will play a central role in ensuring the efficient administrative functioning of the legal and compliance function, while also managing certain repeatable legal processes end-to-end. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and manage standard-form legal documents (NDAs, Bailment Agreements, Letters of Authorization / Signature Confirmations). Coordinate the execution process for contracts and other legal documents (physical and electronic signatures, DocuSign, etc.). Manage legal document storage and filing systems, ensuring version control and accessibility. Maintain the legal and compliance calendar, tracking expiry / renewal of contracts, certificates, and filings, and coordinating regular compliance events (e.g., export filings, regulatory returns). Support basic export licensing processes, including maintaining internal records of export classifications and licenses and preparing routine license applications under supervision. Liaise with other departments including Finance, Sales, and HR on various commercial and compliance matters. Organise internal compliance and legal training sessions (scheduling, materials, tracking attendance). Support due diligence as needed. Act as liaison with external counsel and service providers for routine matters. Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and Legal team as required. Key Skills Highly organised and proactive with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable handling confidential information. Qualifications & Experience 2+ years experience in a legal executive, legal admin, or paralegal role. Familiarity with legal processes and terminology (especially commercial contracts, compliance). Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management systems. Hybrid working is available with a minimum of 3 days on-site and flexibility in line with business needs.
