Your new role
Your new role as an administrator will be based within the Retail operations Department on a two-year fixed-term contract basis.
Your responsibilities
What you'll need to succeed
1+ years experience in a call centre environment
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Strong customer service ethos. Demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed our customer and dealer expectations and service levels.
Ability to work across multiple customer service channels to meet customer needs.
Strong numerical competence.
Working knowledge of MS Office with particular emphasis on Excel.
Fluent English (written and spoken)
