About the Role :
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations / Admin Coordinator to join our team in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys supporting daily business operations and contributing to a smooth-running office environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Device Setup & Management : Configure and distribute tablets and related equipment to team members.
- Uniform & Supplies Management : Order and manage clothing, uniforms, and other essential supplies.
- Fuel Card Coordination : Organise and maintain records for fuel card distribution and usage.
- Reporting : Compile and maintain regular reports related to operations, finance, and other KPIs.
- Client Liaison : Communicate professionally with clients, handling requests and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Finance Support : Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and other basic financial tasks.
- General Office Support : Carry out a variety of administrative and ad hoc office duties as needed.
Key Requirements :
