Job description

Job Title : Operations / Admin Coordinator

Location : Blanchardstown, Dublin 15

Salary :   30,000 per annum

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations / Admin Coordinator to join our team in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys supporting daily business operations and contributing to a smooth-running office environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Device Setup & Management : Configure and distribute tablets and related equipment to team members.
  • Uniform & Supplies Management : Order and manage clothing, uniforms, and other essential supplies.
  • Fuel Card Coordination : Organise and maintain records for fuel card distribution and usage.
  • Reporting : Compile and maintain regular reports related to operations, finance, and other KPIs.
  • Client Liaison : Communicate professionally with clients, handling requests and ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Finance Support : Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and other basic financial tasks.
  • General Office Support : Carry out a variety of administrative and ad hoc office duties as needed.

Key Requirements :

  • Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable with technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative
