My client is a high-profile aircraft lessor who has a requirement for a Contract Administrator / Operations Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading leasing firm.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a designated portfolio of airline customer accounts
- Manage rent and invoicing processes
- Support colleagues and associated teams
- Work on process improvement initiatives
- Schedule and manage lease contract events
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Build and develop relationships with internal teams
- Supporting IT projects
- Ensure accurate data input and maintenance
- Manage customer feedback
Requirements :
At least 2 years' experience in a support, process improvement or similar operations roleExperience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable is an advantageAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAircraft leasing experience is an advantageExcellent attention to detailStrong Microsoft Office and process improvement skillsPlease get in contact for a full job description for this role.
