Recruitment Manager | GKR Aircraft Leasing Recruitment Specialists My client is a leading aircraft lessor recruiting a Trading Director to join its commercial team in Dublin.

This senior role plays a key part in driving aircraft acquisitions and sales, shaping the portfolio to support long-term platform value and commercial growth.

Responsibilities : Lead aircraft trading transactions, from origination through to financial modelling and execution Support portfolio development by evaluating market opportunities and asset performance Manage relationships with lessors, investors, and financial counterparties Oversee LOI negotiation and collaborate closely with technical, legal, and finance teams Provide commercial insights on market developments and asset strategy Requirements : Aircraft leasing experience is essential, ideally in a trading or portfolio-focused role Proven ability to execute complex transactions across multiple asset types Strong financial modelling and aircraft valuation skills Excellent relationship management and negotiation capability A market-leading package and long-term progression are available for the right candidate.
