Contracts Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join their team. The construction company is based in Dublin. They pride themselves on delivering high quality projects on time and within budget. They are looking for a highly ambitious individual who wants to challenge themselves and excel in their career. Responsibilities : Providing specialist technical leadership Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets Implementation of best practice in project controls, performance management, and project reporting Monitoring sub-contractor performance and determining labour requirements Ensuring staff is kept up to date with current legislation and training needs to meet the companys objectives Requirements : Previous management experience on large scale projects Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent Background in carpentry is beneficial Ambitious and self-motivated Team player and an excellent communicator Salary : 65k + DOE Skills : Construction Construction management Construction Industry Organise Labour Carpentry
