The starting salary is €30-€60k + commission.

What you'll do

Client Onboarding :

Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful introduction to Tangent\'s services.

Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients, acting as their trusted advisor.

Understanding Client Needs :

Proactively understand your clients\' business objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes.

Value Demonstration :

Demonstrate the value of Tangent\'s services by providing regular updates, insights, and best practice recommendations.

Adoption and Engagement :

Drive product adoption and engagement through training, support, and proactive communication.

Problem Solving :

Identify and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, escalating where necessary.

Retention and Growth :

Work to reduce churn and identify opportunities to expand client accounts.

Feedback Collection :

Gather client feedback and share insights with the product and development teams to improve our services.

Advocacy :

Encourage clients to become advocates for Tangent through testimonials, case studies, and referrals.

Performance Tracking :

Monitor client health metrics and proactively address any potential issues to ensure success.

Reporting :

Prepare and deliver regular client reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
