Customer Success Manager As part of ongoing growth, our client is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead the customer service team and enhance client satisfaction and retention. The role involves overseeing daily operations, serving as the primary escalation point for client issues, and driving continuous improvements in service delivery and processes.
