Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of mechanical maintenance and repair teams.

Ensure proper installation, operation, and servicing of mechanical equipment and systems.

Monitor equipment performance and schedule preventive maintenance.

Enforce safety standards and compliance with regulations.

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide technical guidance to staff.

Prepare reports on maintenance activities, equipment status, and resource needs.

Position requirements

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and supervision roles.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and safety standards.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using maintenance tools, equipment, and relevant software.
