Finishing Supervisor Residential Projects Location : Tallaght & Ashtown, Dublin Industry : Residential Construction Type : Full-Time | Permanent Our client, a top Tier 1 contractor, is currently seeking two experienced Finishing Supervisors to join residential projects located in Tallaght and Ashtown, Dublin. These roles are ideal for professionals with a strong background in internal finishes and final handover preparation. Responsibilities Oversee finishing works including internals, snagging, and handover coordination Manage subcontractors and ensure high-quality delivery of finishes Maintain safety and quality standards on-site Liaise with site management and trades to resolve issues efficiently Ensure timely completion of finishing phases according to programme Requirements Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman / Supervisor on residential projects Strong knowledge of fit-out and internal works Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Ability to manage multiple trades and meet deadlines If you possess the required qualifications and experience, and are eager to take on a challenging role as a Finishing Supervisor , we encourage you to apply by submitting your CV via the link provided or call Lucas for more information.
