Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team in Dublin.

What you’ll be doing :

Supervising mechanical installation teams and subcontractors on site
Reviewing drawings, specifications and ensuring works meet client standards
Monitoring progress against programme milestones and resolving any delays or interface issues
Driving a strong safety culture through toolbox talks, safety audits and method statement reviews
Overseeing QA / QC processes, mechanical testing and commissioning activities
Managing redline drawings, as-built documentation and maintaining accurate site records

What you’ll bring :

Mechanical trade qualification or degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)

4+ years’ experience supervising mechanical works on large-scale or complex projects

Strong knowledge of piping, HVAC, plant installations and associated infrastructure

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and coordinate multiple workstreams

Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills
