Experience managing combined Mechanical / Electrical projects is highly advantageous.

Strong commercial and contractual knowledge with solid understanding of project P&L.

Skilled in managing core cross-functional teams and developing team capability.

Consistent ability to drive successful project outcomes across all phases Position Requirements : Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience with a relevant third-level qualification in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.

Strong IT proficiency, including knowledge of CSA activities and related programmes.

Demonstrated ability to manage medium- and large-scale building services projects.

Effective communicator with excellent organisational skills; able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
