Mechanical Supervisor Location : Dublin Salary : €65,000 €75,000 An established mechanical services firm is seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to lead on-site HVAC, piping, and installation works on commercial / industrial projects in the Dublin area. This role offers strong leadership responsibility and the opportunity to work on high-quality, technically rich projects. Key Responsibilities : Supervise mechanical installation teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and site personnel to resolve technical issues Ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and quality on site Review and interpret drawings and specifications Oversee QA / QC, snagging, commissioning and as-built documentation Monitor progress vs programme, materials usage and site reporting Requirements : Qualified mechanical trade or engineering certification Experience supervising mechanical / HVAC works on commercial or industrial sites Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Ability to interpret mechanical drawings & manage multiple teams / trades Valid drivers licence To apply in confidence, please submit your CV.
