• Lead and manage a motivated team of Agency Account & Partner Managers, supporting and scaling agency partnerships and advertiser portfolios.
• Set, monitor, and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.
• Identify and remove barriers to improve team productivity and success.
• Coach and develop your team to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Recruit and onboard top talent to maintain a high-performing sales team.
• Motivate and inspire the team through goal-oriented leadership, driving individual and collective performance.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to ensure continuous growth.
• Uphold high standards of salesmanship and customer engagement quality.
• Lead initiatives to scale operations, solve upstream customer challenges, and grow client revenues.
• Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations are consistently met.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex client queries and internal challenges.
