ATG are seeking a dynamic and experienced Design Team Lead to join an engineering consultancy in Dublin.

The successful candidate will oversee the design team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and efficient engineering solutions across diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities : Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary design team.Coordinate project workflows, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.Review and approve design specifications, drawings, and calculations.Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop and refine project requirements.Drive innovation and adherence to best practices in design and sustainability.Support business development with technical insights and proposals.Qualifications : Degree in engineering (civil, structural, or related discipline).8+ years of experience in design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proficiency in design software and relevant standards.Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.What they Offer : Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.A collaborative and innovative work environment.
