Are you a proven team leader ready to drive results and lead change in a fast-paced insurance environment? We're seeking a Team Leader - Client Services to lead and grow a Personal Lines team in our Sandyford office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of personal lines, and a passion for delivering best-in-class customer service.
You'll play a key role in motivating, developing, and managing a dynamic team to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and high performance in a rapidly evolving, digitally-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and manage a high-performing team across all areas of Personal Lines client service
- Conduct monthly 1 : 1s, set development plans, and identify individual training needs
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture with a strong focus on service delivery
- Drive high standards in service, compliance, and accuracy
Operational Oversight
Manage capacity planning, workload distribution, and team schedulingMonitor monthly performance and reporting; submit timely updates to managementEnsure full adherence to phone rotas and team availability targetsWork closely with other team leaders to maintain operational efficiency across departmentsCompliance & Quality Control
Maintain compliance with Central Bank regulations and internal standardsWork with QA teams to implement and maintain SOPsMeet all audit and reporting obligationsDigital & Process Innovation
Champion a digital-first approach to client services and workflowIdentify smarter ways of working and contribute to reducing operational carbon footprintEmbrace and support the roll-out of a new digital platform across the businessKey Requirements
CIP qualification preferred (minimum APA required)Minimum 2 years' experience with Relay systemPrevious experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in insurance (Personal Lines highly preferred)Strong knowledge of personal lines products and technical insurance processesExcellent leadership, communication, and coaching skillsHigh level of organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environmentA proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awarenessFull compliance with the Central Bank's Minimum Competency CodeWhat You'll Bring
