We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our welcoming Cooplands bakery!

Our Retail Team Leaders are responsible for managing the bakery in the absence of the Manager; they are essentially our Store Managers' right-hand person.

You will be second in command, playing a key role in ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, and increasing profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your focus will be on leading and engaging the team, as well as involved in food preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service.
