Keelings is hiring experience Team Leader for full time roles in St. Margaret's, Co. Dublin.

Shift Pattern :

6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am

You will be expected to work all of the above shifts, rostered any 5 over 7, including weekends and nights depending on business requirements. There is a night premium and Sunday premium.

Purpose of the Role

Leadership and management of the production line team members to achieve our business goals and objectives on a continuous basis and always seeking and implementing ways to improve, promoting Teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration.

Main Responsibilities

• Keep the workplace and work practise safe, clean and hygienic
• Comply with Health and Safety standards
• Sustain compliance standards (Team / Machine / Environment), for all Daily and customer Audits
• Service the customer with DOT and No Shorts
• Overall Equipment Efficiency - Drive Machine up-time
• Achieve efficiency targets for line and team
• Excellent communication with team to understand goals and targets on a continuous basis.
• Coaching and development of Line Team members
• Drive performance of the team and line to maximise efficiency
• KBSII & OEE System use
