A leading Tier 1 main building contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects in Dublin. This role will involve managing the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Oversee project planning, resource management, and scheduling. Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Monitor and control project costs, addressing any issues that could impact the budget. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. Regularly report on project progress to clients and senior management. Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the course of the project. Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns. Requirements : 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a Tier 1 contractor. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong knowledge of project management software and construction processes. Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously. Salary & Benefits : €90,000 - €100,000 based on experience.
