General Duties
Develop and Maintain Project Schedules : Create, monitor, and update detailed project schedules.Adjust schedules proactively to accommodate delays or changes.
Coordinate and Manage On-Site Teams and Subcontractors : Oversee on-site personnel to ensure alignment with project objectives.Foster clear communication between all teams.
Oversee Project Budgets and Cost Control : Monitor budgets, prevent overruns, and implement corrective measures.Seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Ensure Compliance with Safety and Quality Standards : Uphold safety protocols and conduct routine audits.Verify that work aligns with regulatory and client standards.
Review Project Plans and Identify Risks : Examine documentation to identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
Maintain Client Communication and Provide Regular Updates : Act as the primary client contact, providing consistent updates on progress, budgets, and schedules.
Approve and Manage Resource Allocation : Evaluate labor, materials, and equipment needs to optimize productivity.
Conduct Regular Site Inspections : Assess quality, safety, and progress, addressing on-site issues immediately.
Prepare and Manage Project Documentation : Organize and share reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.
Oversee Compliance with Environmental Regulations : Implement waste management and environmental protection practices.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum 10+ years in construction , ideally with restoration experience.
Skills : Excellent communication (written and verbal).Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
