You'll report to the Programme Lead and be responsible for end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-stakeholder project within a broader transformation programme. The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of leadership, structure, and hands-on delivery capability across IT and business functions.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Solution Architecture, Engineering, Business Analysis, Testing, and Business Readiness
  • Develop, manage, and report on project budgets, charters, plans, risks, and resource requirements
  • Ensure delivery against scope, time, cost, and quality metrics
  • Engage and align with senior stakeholders across IT, Underwriting, Sales, and Finance
  • Govern vendor and third-party contributions to project outcomes
  • Provide clear reporting and risk management to programme leadership and steering groups
  • Facilitate service transition and production readiness

Requirements :

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in project management , ideally in large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Proven track record in legacy system migration within a financial services environment
  • Strong experience across the full project lifecycle and governance models
  • Background in general insurance, life assurance, or financial services highly preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant certifications (. PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM )
  • Agile / SCRUM experience an advantage
