This role is integral to ensuring smooth and timely customs processes, accurate data entry, and compliance with customs regulations. Major Duties and Responsibilities : Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow.Accurate and timely data entry into operational systems.Track and trace customs files and reporting.Ensure accurate and timely client billing.Interpret and fulfil customer instructions and expectations.Transfer customs declaration information into the customs entry system.Assist with verification and submission of customs declaration information.Ensure compliance with regulations at all times.Qualifications : Good knowledge of customs brokerage processes and customs legislation.Understanding of ocean, road, and air documentation processes.Effective interpersonal skills.Proactive approach with strong organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.Fluent in English.Additional Information : Our client offers an excellent benefits package and a supportive work environment.
