Customs Brokerage Manager EMEA, AWS Cloud Logistics (ACL)AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure.

AWS Infrastructure is seeking a talented, driven, and highly analytical Brokerage Operations Manager with proven experience in driving process improvement and managing complex customs brokerage challenges.

The successful candidate will have a track record of enhancing operational efficiency and driving tangible results in a fast-paced environment.

The position is based Dublin.

Key job responsibilities

• Optimize customs VAT and duty payment processes
• Oversee import / export brokerage operations, planning, and execution for existing programs.
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Manage trade planning and execution for new program launches.
• Drive optimization initiatives by leveraging technology
• Conduct trend analyses to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions.
