Marketing Business Development Executive - International and Technology Join a dynamic Client & Marketing team as a BDE, supporting their Technology sector and International group, working closely with lawyers in Dublin and the UK. This isn't just a support role - you'll be at the forefront of executing market strategy, driving client care initiatives, and raising their firm's profile. What you'll do : Drive Strategy & Growth : Support the Business Development Manager in executing sector strategies, developing client initiatives, and analyzing market trends. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate directly with lawyers, providing insights and challenging appropriately to optimize BD efforts. Mentor BD Assistants and foster cross-team collaboration. Implement & Innovate : Contribute to client retention and development, support bid content creation, and drive impactful profile-raising activities (social media, events, directories). Measure & Optimize : Focus on results, track ROI, and provide recommendations to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
