About the Role : We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development & Sales Executive to help grow our customer base, build relationships with driving instructors, and drive brand engagement across social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is target-driven, and has a knack for online communication and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities : Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to generate and convert leads Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing driving instructors Create and manage content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to promote the brand and engage audiences Use social media to build brand awareness, drive traffic, and support business goals Achieve and exceed individual sales and performance targets Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategy accordingly Report regularly on campaign and sales performance Requirements : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident and professional phone manner Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Social media-savvy with the ability to create engaging content Highly motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic Organised, proactive, and able to work independently Prior experience in business development or sales is an advantage Salary and Benefits : Base Salary : €25,000 (circa 30 hours per week) Commission : OTE up to €75,000 Hybrid working model (Office in Dublin 11 + Remote flexibility) Clear progression path in a fast-growing company Supportive, energetic, and ambitious team environment Full training provided Office, Mobile phone, Laptop, etc provided To apply for this exciting opportunity please click on the Apply button OR Request Details button for more information.
