Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive - Legal Dublin 2 | Full-time, Permanent | Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded legal firm to recruit a Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing and BD professional looking to take the next step in their career. The role is based in the firms centrally located Dublin 2 office - just minutes from the Luas, Dart and major bus routes. About the Role : This role offers the chance to collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and partners across the firm. Youll play a key part in planning and delivering a range of marketing and business development initiatives that drive client engagement, brand awareness,and revenue growth. Why Apply? Competitive salary and excellent benefits package A supportive, team-oriented environment with direct access to senior stakeholders Opportunities for professional development and long-term career progression A permanent, full-time role with a high degree of responsibility and visibility Youll be responsible for : Supporting the development and execution of firm-wide and practice-specific BD plans Managing submissions for legal directories, award entries and thought leadership content Planning and delivering events (in-person and online), client seminars, sponsorships and internal initiatives Coordinating marketing collateral, pitch documents, CVs and client-facing materials Creating and updating content across web, social media and internal platforms Managing client data and mailing lists, ensuring CRM systems are accurate and compliant Tracking and reporting on activity, campaign results and BD KPIs What Were Looking For : 35 years experience in a similar marketing or BD role, ideally within professional services (legal, accountancy, consulting, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences Experience managing events, digital content and client-facing projects Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools (e.g. InterAction, Vuture, WordPress, Canva, etc.) a plus Why Apply?
