Hybrid Working.

Salary : Competitive salary + commission + bonus

Driving License : Must hold a driving license. There will be tavel KM / Mileage expenses for client meetings.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced recruiter or recruitment team leader with a strong background in business development to manage and grow our permanent recruitment desk. You will also mentor and support a team of five consultants (permanent and temporary desks), driving sales and leveraging opportunities to ensure team success.

This role is ideal for someone with hunger , ambition , and the intuitive intelligence needed to lead client meetings and drive the growth of the specialist market in Dublin. You will be hands-on, thriving on business development, cold calling, and client interactions, while also stepping into a leadership role within the team.

What you'll be doing

Business Development :

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating credibility and expertise to secure business.
• Follow client strategies closely, ensuring trust and consistency through regular sales calls and networking.
• Conduct market mapping to identify and capitalize on all potential opportunities.

About you

We are looking for an individual who is eager, hungry to sell, and ready to take on a leadership role while still maintaining a strong personal billing desk. Experience in finance or tech recruitment is highly desirable.
