Job description

Responsibilities

  • The team is responsible for preparing month-end accruals, year-end formulaicpensation, reporting, analysis and various ad hoc requests related processes
  • The role will drive strategic projects to help increase efficiencies through process re-engineering and automation, including cross-functional collaboration with technology, senior management and portfolio managers.
  • Implement reporting / analysis to senior management that adds value / impact to overall business
  • This position demands an analytical approach to problem-solving, as well as outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills. It requires you have a keen eye for detail and able to deliver in a fast-paced, demanding environment while remaining calm under pressure

Qualifications / Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or other business-focused majors
  • 7+ Years experience
  • ACA or ACCA qualified
  • Strongmunication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong leader who lead cross-functional working groups
  • Quick learner, detail oriented; proven thoroughness and strong ownership of work
  • Strong Excel skills (including v-lookup and pivot tables)
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast paced, constantly changing environment; high sense of urgency and resilience
