Responsibilities
- The team is responsible for preparing month-end accruals, year-end formulaicpensation, reporting, analysis and various ad hoc requests related processes
- The role will drive strategic projects to help increase efficiencies through process re-engineering and automation, including cross-functional collaboration with technology, senior management and portfolio managers.
- Implement reporting / analysis to senior management that adds value / impact to overall business
- This position demands an analytical approach to problem-solving, as well as outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills. It requires you have a keen eye for detail and able to deliver in a fast-paced, demanding environment while remaining calm under pressure
