Job Purpose
To provide leadership for the staff team and to take responsibility for ensuring high quality and best practice standards are maintained in the Nursery.
This is a key position of accountability in relation to the overall delivery of the service provided by the Nursery.
Your Role :
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Facilitate regular team meetings
- To keep a detailed monthly work plan and meet regularly with the Nursery Director to discuss work plan and running of the service.
