In this role, you will drive measurable outcomes for Pinterest, leveraging innovative ad solutions to find, attract, and engage audiences on the platform.

You will lead a team focused on creating excellent customer experiences through sales plays and account management, while developing scalable programs to enhance Pinterest's operations and grow revenue.

Key responsibilities include managing a high-performing sales team, exceeding KPIs, developing talent, and ensuring operational excellence.

You will also oversee daily workflows, conduct performance evaluations, and act as a point of escalation for complex queries.

Qualifications include proven sales team leadership experience, recruitment skills, forecasting ability, strong communication skills, CRM proficiency, and fluency in English.

Additional language skills are a plus.
