Description
We are representing a high-profile aircraft leasing firm that is currently recruiting an experienced Company Secretary to join its team in Dublin or Shannon.
Responsibilities
- Arrange daily transaction approvals and transaction document execution
- Manage the annual compliance requirements of group entities and serviced entities
- Advise on company secretarial, legal and corporate governance issues / updates
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment
- Managing Board meetings, AGM’s, EGM’s and committee meetings
- Liaise with other internal departments, external auditors, solicitors and company secretarial service providers
