Executive Recruiter @ GKR Search and Selection | Aircraft Leasing We are partnering with several leading aircraft leasing companies to recruit for VP Legal positions across Dublin, Limerick, Dubai and Singapore.

These are excellent opportunities to join established platforms with strong transaction pipelines and ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities : Lead cross-border aircraft leasing transactions Advise on aircraft acquisitions, sales, operating leases, and related finance transactions Provide legal input on lease compliance, defaults, restructurings, and repossessions Manage external counsel and coordinate with internal stakeholders Support ad-hoc legal and commercial projects Experience : Qualified lawyer with at least 3–5+ years' PQE Significant aircraft leasing experience gained in private practice or in-house Strong drafting and negotiation skills Confident dealing with lessors, lessees, financiers, OEMs and external advisors Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills The opportunities : Market-leading salary and benefits Opportunity to work across dynamic, international legal teams If you would like a full job description or more details on these and other legal roles in Singapore, Dublin, Dubai, or Limerick, get in touch in confidence.
