Key Responsibilities : Asset Management : Foster and sustain contacts with GOAL's airline contacts related to asset management tasks.

Continuously monitor the financial and overall performance of lessees.

Responsibilities encompass managing contracts, handling invoicing, monitoring payments, processing maintenance reserve claims, overseeing insurance matters and addressing any other requests.

Establish and maintain contacts with GOAL's lender contacts relevant to asset management.

Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with all members of the GOAL team.

Setup contractual and commercial modules in GOAL's new internal asset management tool (LeaseWorks), including future accounting interface and reporting tool.

Setup new business processes embedding LeaseWorks into GOAL's day-to-day tasks.

Efficiently utilize LeaseWorks for contracts management, invoicing and payments, MR accounts, insurance management, alerts and reporting, including update of all system related reference data.

Focal point and admin for LeaseWorks contractual and commercial modules and coordination of LeaseWorks related topics and future developments with LeaseWorks focal of GOAL's technical team.

Provide support to the transaction management team during the execution phase.

Assist the remarketing team in aircraft sales and re-leasing phases.

Investor Reporting : Cultivate and sustain relationships with GOAL's investors in the realm of asset management.

Generate and furnish reports, gather pertinent data from diverse internal and external sources, and ensure transparency for ongoing transactions.

Assist GOAL's transaction equity origination team in their operational processes.

Operations of GOAL Aircraft Leasing Ireland : Oversee and manage GOAL's branch in Ireland, including day-to-day operations.

Manage and supervise GOAL's servicer(s) in Ireland.

Coordinate board meetings in conjunction with servicer(s).

Act as director of GOAL's transaction SPCs.

GOAL's Assets and Participations : Perform control tasks for all assets and investments under GOAL's ownership or management.

Identifying potential risks in the investments, assessing their impact, and implementing strategies to mitigate them.

Establish a standardized internal reporting system for the managing directors.

You will be supported by external servicers and departments from GOAL's head office.

Successful onboarding will be established by a respective company program (company culture, processes, colleagues, supporting departments, servicers).
