Our client is based in Dublin 22 and currently looking for a Logistics Customs Supervisor to join their high-performing team in Dublin. In this pivotal role, youll take the lead in managing the import and export of spare parts, ensuring smooth customs clearance, full regulatory compliance, and on-time deliveries to our network. This is a permanent role with salary of €55 -€60k plus a great benefits package and working from home options. What Youll Do : Oversee end-to-end customs operations for all spare part imports and exports in compliance with Irish Revenue regulations. Supervise and review customs documentation, logistics cost calculations, and duty assessments with precision. Keep your finger on the pulse of regulatory changes, ensuring were always ahead of the curve. Liaise with customs brokers and transport partners to facilitate smooth and timely clearance of goods. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices, declarations, or shipping documentation. Ensure correct tariff classification and compliance with import / export laws. Support continuous improvement by helping to define and refine customs and logistics policies, including claims processes. Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and retailers, ensuring transparency and communication across the supply chain. What Youll Bring : 5+ years of hands-on experience in logistics and customs operations. Solid working knowledge of Irish customs procedures, documentation, and relevant international trade regulations. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and cost calculations. Strong communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively. Adept with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with logistics / customs management software. Cool under pressure you meet tight deadlines with confidence and calm. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
