We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our award-winning culinary team at the iconic Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire.

Our culinary team, led by executive head chef Karl Smith, delivers a sophisticated Irish menu with European influences, using the finest local ingredients.
Job Description
- Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts and baked goods for all hotel outlets.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and kitchen cleanliness in accordance with HACCP regulations.
- Contribute to special events, afternoon teas and banqueting functions with bespoke pastry offerings.
Requierments
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment.Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods and ingredient functionalities.Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and delicious desserts.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in pastry production.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.What We Offer
