We are looking for a Senior Receptionist to add to our team.
This role operates from the front line and will be an integral part of the hotel's professional, exceptional and standards.
About The Role
Key task will include :
Problem solving and dealing with the daily guest inquiries, requests, and expectation
Deliver exceptional customer care and guest service
To ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay.
To anticipate guests' needs whenever possible and to enhance quality service and guest satisfaction.
To carry out all departmental tasks, duties and checklists as established in the Standard Operation and Performance Manuals.
To comply with all hotel policies.
To maintain good liaisons and communications with management and all other departments, particularly Accommodation.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications :
Excellent spoken and written English
Minimum of 1-2 years previous Front Office experience in a 4
Solid knowledge of Front Office Reception Procedures and systems
Highly organized
Excellent Microsoft office skills; Word and Excel.
A friendly positive can-do-attitude
Must be fluent in English both written and oral
Must have an excellent telephone manner
Be committed to delivering exceptional service
