German Customer Support Representative

Providing excellent customer service and satisfaction. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding experience in dealing with different personalities. Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills. Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver. A keen eye for details. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
