Located in Infineon’s Dublin City Centre Office, the successful candidate will be part of the largest customer facing supply chain management team in Europe. The role entails being responsible for the demand fulfillment and logistics management for a specifically assigned customer portfolio, working as an integral part of the demand creation team, within the corporate supply chain organisation.Infineon Technologies Ireland Ltd. is located in the heart of Dublin city in a new spacious office centred on teamwork and collaboration with meeting rooms, outside space and a well-being room. The focus for our Customer Supply Chain Management team is providing premium customer services to both internal and external partners and requires a high level of teamwork.
In your new role you will :
- Working as the main interface between Infineon and customer headquarters for supply chain topics .
- Controlling and monitoring of all global Logistic KPIs including implementation of corrective measures where appropriate.
- Define and coordinate supply chain activities across the Organization in line with the agreed customer-specific strategy.
- Actively communicate on supply chain topics with customer on management level to balance customer requirements and IFX capability.
- Global customer order and forecast processing (including analysis and alignment activities to improve forecasting for the benefit of the customer and Infineon).
- Regularly gather and consolidate customer and market information to support Infineon’s short and midterm planning, supporting business cycle management.
- Foster collaboration , create awareness and promote customer requirements inside and outside the organization.
- Coordinate & drive implementation of future global logistic concepts .
- Global management and coordination of project ramp up and down .
- Tracking, monitoring and reporting of contractual customer liabilities regarding forecast / order changes.
- Prepare internal and external reporting , providing a detailed analysis.
- Preparation and participation in logistics-related customer meetings & conference calls on a global and when appropriate on a regional level.
- Regular and close alignment with customer and Account Manager in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Independently manage customer escalations for supply chain related topics , driving for results with the relevant Infineon departments.
