We are working with "Top Workplace" tech business outsourcing company that is looking to hire a German speaking Outbound Inside Sales Representative for their offices in Dublin, Ireland.
Position : Outbound Inside Sales Representative
Location : Dublin, Republic of Ireland
Work model : hybrid, with 3 days per week at the office
Employment type : Full-time
Remuneration : Base salary + bonus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Engage with prospects to understand their business objectives, challenges, and needs, offering tailored solutions to support their growth.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target potential customers within the small-to-medium business (SMB) segment.
- Drive high-volume outreach through calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads and generate interest in the company's offerings.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, technical solutions, and customer success to enhance client engagement and outcomes.
- Stay current with product updates, industry trends, and market changes to provide informed recommendations and guidance to clients.
- Proactively source new opportunities, manage your sales pipeline, and prioritize activities to meet and exceed targets.
REQUIREMENTS :
Fluent in German, both verbal and written. As well as proficiency in English.Proven experience in a closing sales or sales development role, with a track record of acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets, particularly in the SMB segment.Passion for business development, with a consultative, solutions-focused approach.Ability to navigate complex sales processes and engage with multiple decision-makers, including senior executives.Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with sales engagement tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively articulate value propositions.Self-motivated, results-driven, and persistent in pursuing leads and closing deals.Comfortable with outbound prospecting and territory management to build a strong sales pipeline.Experience in E-commerce, Fintech, Retail, or Hospitality industries is advantageous.Previous experience selling point-of-sale (POS) solutions is a plus.Familiarity with MEDDICC, BANT, or Challenger sales methodologies is an asset.OFFER :
