Our client is seeking to hire a Financial Analysis Manager for their Dublin office.

Responsibilities Will Include

Oversee forecasting and budgeting for the Asset group.

Coordinate with various Front Office and Fund Accounting teams on a monthly and quarterly basis to provide Fair Value of Debt.

Provide Quarterly Financials and Management Reporting to the head of Real Estate Asset group.

Responsible for management fee billing calculation for the various funds and coordinate billing to various investors.

Prepare reports, Expense tracking for billing purposes via SAP internal orders.

Review and sign-off on quarterly balance sheet reconciliation and fund invoices.

Lead new initiatives for process improvements, in collaboration with other areas of the department / organization.

Promote and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and with external partners.

The Ideal Candidate Will Likely Have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance.

5+ years of experience in accounting and reporting for investments, with concentration on Real Estate Finance.

Knowledge of Real Estate Investment Accounting and understanding of investment and finance operations.

Familiarity with investment accounting systems such as Yardi, Investran, or similar.

Experience with SAP General Ledger environment, or similar.
